Ilaria Moschini is Assistant Professor of English Language and Linguistics at the University of Florence. She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of College London (UCL). Her research focuses primarily on the Critical Multimodal Discourse Analysis of US political language and on digital discourse. She has published in leading international journals, including Text & Talk, Multimodal Communication, Visual Communication and has published a monograph on the linguistic evolution of the American Myth (Le Lettere 2007). She was the Florence research unit leader in the European Erasmus + project EU-MADE4LL “European Multimodal and Digital Education for Language Learning” (2016-2019).
